Living A Balanced Life.

Luke 2:52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and in stature and in favor with God and man.

Many people say that the key to happiness is living a balanced life. The flip side of that is, if you ask people randomly "Exactly what does it mean to live a balanced life" you would probably get as many different answers as the number of people asked. As for us as Christians, I like to use the verse above for an example on what it is to have a balanced life. And what better example do we have than Christ Himself. The Lord grew in wisdom (intellectually), in stature (physically), in favor with God (spirituality), in favor with man (socially).

Christ was balanced intellectually, physically (health), spiritually, and socially. We to need to apply all four of these elements into our lives so that we can live a truly balanced life. The four elements of a balanced life can be seen in building blocks of mankind since the dawn of time, but in our modern day we usually focus on one of the elements more than the others, or we disregard one (or more) of the elements, then enters in things like sickness, stress, anxiety, depression, and so. Our Lord showed us how to live a balance life, all that we have to do is follow His example....... May the Lord Bless your day.
