I am very fortunate that I was raised in church. I have known God my whole life, I have known the bible was where the answers were, did I always convey this knowledge....no I did not. I feel very ashamed when I realize, he only gave me 10 rules, and I broke every single one of them, and this was after knowing him. Thank you God for your AMAZING GRACE.
There have been many times in my life that I questioned why, why something happened, why something did not happen,(still guilty of this) but I have never questioned God, just his plan.
I feel like now, as I am older and (wiser?), I get closer to God every day, I talk to him all day, everyday, I look to his word when I need guidance, but it took a long journey to get here.

Count it all joy, I try, oh do I try, I try to find the joy and the good in everything, I have to repeat this verse to myself daily and remind myself to count it all joy when I smile at someone and they scoff, when I am singing and I am asked how much money I wasted on singing lessons, it crushes me, I have to remind myself- Count it all joy. When I am nothing but kind to someone and they respond to me with rudeness- Count it all joy
I cry aloud to God, aloud to God, and he will hear me. Psalm 77:1
I cry aloud to God- A LOT! Truth is I cry A lot period. I often say I only cry on days that end in y. I am super sensitive, and I am starting to learn that that is ok. . I struggle with feeling like people don't like that, or me, and that people don't want me around, but I am learning that is God telling me to draw closer to him. I will never feel enough - good enough, smart enough, pretty enough- for everyone else, but I am learning that I am enough for God, and that is what matters.
